Christmas Tree Festival

New Year Rights of Way Walk

Join the Framblers for their first Rights of Way Walk of the New Year!
Be ready to meet outside the Castle Community Rooms for a start time of 10am. As we don't know what the weather has in store on the 11th January, please dress and wear footwear suitable for uneven ground and weather conditions.
Well behaved dogs on lead and children accompanied by a responsible adult very welcome to come along.
The walk should last approximately 1 1/2 - 2 hours finishing in the Town Council Office for tea, coffee and biscuits.

Phoenix Singers Choral workshop

Come and join us for a choral workshop for the day and bring your friends. No previous experience necessary, although it will be an advantage if you can read a music score. The cost for the day will be £20.00 (aged 18y or under free). Music scores and light refreshments will be provided. Proceeds will go to FIND (Families in Need). There will be an informal free concert, to which all are welcome, at 3.20pm.

Aladdin pantomime

Puzzle House Pantomimes present a traditional family pantomime based on the story of ALADDIN. Our happy-go-lucky hero is the son of Widow Twankey, a poor washerwoman in the city of Peaktoosoon. Aladdin dreams of the beautiful Princess Jasmine, unaware that he is the only person who can set free the powerful forces contained in a Magic Lamp hidden in a cave in the Mountain of Dragons.
Join in with the songs, solve the puzzles on the way, and try to make sure that the wonderful Magic Lamp does not fall in to the wrong hands!
Seven actors play a range of characters in a show full of songs, live keyboard music, thrills, spills and fun!
Shows start at 3.00pm. There are two acts with a short interval. The performances end at approximately 4.45pm. All tickets £7.
