Penny moved to Framlingham in 2016 after visiting numerous times. Her career was in Local Government and has been involved in community work since leaving school giving her a good understanding of the complexities of community issues, especially for growing towns. Outside of work she has been a Chair of School Governors, Treasurer of a local WI, a member of a consultative committee for a Large Housing Association helping leaseholders and Secretary of the Chamber of Trade. She looks forward to being a Town Councillor representing the people of Framlingham.
